The Japanese will be getting a special Xenoblade Chronicles X Wii U Bundle at launch and we’ve got some images of it. We’ve yet to get a release date for the game, but we already know that it’s currently in the final stages of development. Hopefully this bundle will reignite Wii U sales in Japan where it has been struggling. The Japanese like a good RPG and this one should hopefully deliver.

The first Xenoblade Chronicles was on the Wii. It’s only natural the second installment is in the next gen Wii.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Xenoblade Chronicles X doesn’t sell that well. Nintendo is dumb when it comes to marketing. Well, with the Wii U at least. It would be really retarded if they heavily advertised Xenoblade for New 3DS but didn’t advertise X at all. Some people probably won’t even know that they’re two different games… On two different systems…
Because it’s not yet ready for public relations. Most likely after E3 when they show the rest of the game, then they’ll start advertising but the hype will take care of the rest.

That boxart is thing of beauty. I can really see this game being very successful because Nintendo has done the right and smart things to ensure that it does. Now Nintendo listen up, you could do no wrong by bringing this bundle to North America and Europe. It won’t fail trust me

We all hope it sell well but the real problem is the marketing of the console. Many people even don´t know that the WiiU exists and Nintendo don´t have many fans as it had years ago. Bad marketing decisions are preventing people to know and enjoy the games
A ten million console user base is big enough for any decent game to be successful. Xenoblade Chronicles could easily sell two million copies, and in my opinion it will. And probably double that for lifetime sales.
It’s an RPG. RPGs in Japan are super popular and this game is no stranger to that.

Hmm, sounds wrong in Norwegian, and I’ve always pronounced it that way. But yeah, it’s not a surprise to me, that I pronounce it the wrong way.
With Fi, in Skyward Sword, I always pronounced it F(ee), at least in Norwegian, as it not only sounds better, but right too. And that was the way I read it myself the first time. The right pronunciation, F(eye), sounds good in English, though, so I use it then.
I’m a Canadian and I have always pronounced Fi Fee and Xenoblade ex-eno-blade

Very cool. I just purchased Xenoblade Chronicles over the weekend. I wanted to play Xenoblade Chronicles before X comes out. Xenoblade X and Zelda U are my most anticipated games of the year. Devil’s Third looks like a lot of fun too.
I wouldn’t play the original Xenoblade before the new one releases if I were you. It’s too close to the release date to play two big rpg’s like that back to back. I’m sure you would be too burned out to play Xenoblade X, after putting over a hundred hours into the original Xenoblade. I tried that with Bayonetta. I played the first one first. It was amazing, but I found myself burnt out on the series, and did not play the second one. I could only imagine the feeling with a hundred hour game..
Play the new one on the Wii U first, then after about six months when you get back in the mood for an epic rpg, play the original. X is not a sequel, and does not relate to the original in any way.
