In the latest video from Nintendo Minute, as part of AMAZE-INK MAY, Kit and Krysta showcase some gameplay of the Single Player Mode for Splatoon, since we’ve seen lots of online gameplay so far. It lets you take a look at some of the baddies you’ll be encountering, the aim of some of the levels and some of the upgrades you can get with the ‘salmon eggs’ you collect. Oh no. Believe me, you are definitely not more “boss” than Nintendo. You might think they’re a nice and kid friendly company, but they will make you have the worst day of your life if you mess with them. I heard Reggie Fils-Aime punches anyone that says “my body is ready” because he says he’s sick of hearing that crap.
Did you not play the test fire? The game is extremely fun. If your talking about single player, GameXplain might be better for that. I’m a huge Nintendo fan but I never watch Nintendo minute, there so boring. Don’t right off the game just cause of those two losers.
I’ll be honest, I’m not saying it’s a bad game by any means, It just isn’t looking like something that would interest me. I know everyone here thinks voice chat is a minor issue, but that would have put me over the fence. I really enjoy chatting and catching up with online friends when playing online. (MH3U, ME3) – Running around with a team of people I can’t talk with, in silence, just doesn’t appeal to me.
I may change my mind after it’s been out a while, and Miiverse has had time to properly judge it, maybe when it’s on sale. I’m just not paying $60 for a game I feel like should be $40. It’s not out yet, so we’ll see. Just not taking the day-1 plunge on this one.
anyone know if you can plau co-op local online? or is that hard becouse of the map on the gamepad?and how hard could it be when you play from gamepad you could presh the – or + button and then instant change to map.. (yea bad english i used)
Not sure if they have said or not.
It would be nice if they allowed to-player local coop online, letting each player have their own screen like CoD does. But as Mario Kart didn’t use the gamepad as well as CoD, I’m not holding my breath that Splatoon will. It would be nice though.

I really wish they had added a single player mission type mode that plays like the main multiplayer mode, similar to the mission modes that the TimeSplitters games had that took place on the versus mode maps.
