Tell me about it, Command will give StarFox series a bad name for those first time playing. Nintendo didnt think clearly this, they should had released StarFox or StarFox64 instead, but they had to go with Command…

Thats like telling someone that theres new StarWars coming and then the only movie that someone who is interested at the series avalaible is EP2:Attack of The Clones, the results will be disastrous for that someone to ever becoming a fan.

Thats what Adventures, Assault and Command are, they are the equilevant of SW prequels to StarFox. No wonder Nintendo decided to reboot the series after those horrible continutions.

      1. Yeah, it’s a baffling choice. I’m mentally including Partners in Time in my previous coments as well, although that choice isn’t as offensive as the other two. At least Blazing Sword is on the Virtual Console, right?

      2. Whoa whoa whoa whoa… WHOA, Assault is a masterpiece, I seriously don’t get what keeps it from being one of the best Star Fox games in the minds of fans.

Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon was actually pretty good .But I agree that Starfox Command was bad though

      1. I disagree. It was port more than a remake, and it didn’t have a lot of features introduced in previous Fire Emblem titles. Mystery of the Emblem remade the original better than this title did. You just have to compare Shadow Dragon to Heroes of Light and Shadow to see how inferior Shadow Dragon is to your average Fire Emblem title.

i don’t follow other people’s opinions like a sheep you didn’t like it ok but please respect those that did.

              1. I came to my own conclusion on my second playthough, which are pretty undeniable. An easy example: limiting your movement options to eight different directions in a 3D game released after 1995 means it’s clunky as hell. Other M does it.

your choice there and i respect that but i enjoyed both of those titles well more shadow dragon than other m but still they were good to pass the time

your choice dude. Not mine my decision isn’t changing so kindly drop it

                      1. No, not my choice. The choice of the designers. Just because you ignore it doesn’t mean it’s not there.
In Other M’s case, the mechanics and controls (among other things) get in the way of what’s considered good gameplay for an action game. That’s design dissonance, it makes the game objectively bad. This is not a valoration of the story or aesthetics, which you may like more or less. This is about the way the game itself is constructed, about its functionality.

About Shadow Dragon, mechanically it’s functional, but it’s just very barebones and, while not a terrible game by itself, the lack of content doesn’t meet the standards of the series. Hence, bad game.

like said up to you so kindly just drop it please. I’m being pretty reasonable here kindly respect my choice

                          Thank you

      2. great. I hope path of radiance and radiant dawn come to vc because those two games are ridiculously expensive to buy.

      3. Sweet news indeed, I own every physical version of US FEs released, for all systems, and I still buy these to support the franchise. I would have to agree with Jerzy, these should be released on 3ds down the line but Nintendo is riding the FE hype right now and may be using these releases to entice some Wii U hardware sales.
