Mario Tennis Ultra Smash Is Releasing November 20th In The US

Nintendo of America has today confirmed via Twitter that Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash will be launching on Wii U on November 20th. This is the same date that Star Fox Zero was meant to be arriving on before it was delayed for some additional polish. Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash is available everywhere November 20th and should prove to be a rather fun title.

Thanks, Richard S

  1. I used to play competitively on the 3ds one, sadly there’s barely anyone online now, can’t wait for this one…this one does have online right?

    1. nintendo said rosalina was suppose to appear in mario tennis open on the 3DS but it was scrapped so they add luma instead however lets cross our fingers to see if rosalina will get a chance to be in this new game.

  2. its good that they are showing the release date of this game but i don’t see a new trailer for this game at some point because i want to see if theres any course that can be shown in this game.

  3. Rogue Master XenoRidley X3

It was a huge mistake to give Star Fox Zero a release date of November 20th. In fact, Nintendo needs to stop giving us release dates when they are still in the middle of developing a game. Keep your mouth shut about a release date til you are fully complete with the game. It would cut down on people getting upset over delays. I guess Nintendo likes to make some of us squirm.

    1. Well honestly alot of companys are kinda guilty of this…not just nintendo. FFXIII versus(Well now called FFXV), The Last Guardian, Deep Down, Uncharted 4,… Tekken x Street Fighter (lmao) are pretty much proof of that.

Especially on both last guardian and FFXV……..jesus Christ.

      1. but star fox is actually completed
they just want to tweak it a bit
Last Guardian never went too far away before the PS4 and FFXV, well, fuck it, it’s Square, probably all they had was one screenshot since 2006

  4. I’ve waited 11 years for this moment. I’m not even kidding. I NEED an HD Mario Tennis game without shitty motion controls in my life.

  5. I have a feeling this was always meant to be the case. Perhaps the reason that Nintendo held back in showing new titles this E3 is that they really overstepped in 2014 – with several games that (by E3 2015) they knew wouldn’t be making an appearance until 2016.
