Video: Avengers’ Cancelled First Person Action Game

Liam Robertson, who creates videos for Unseen64, has created a video exploring the cancelled Avengers action game that was originally planned to be released for the Wii U, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

The game was meant to be released around the same time as the first Avengers film, and was being developed between 2010 and 2011. The title is said to have meant to loosely follow the Secret Invasion storyline from the Marvel comic books.

You can check out Liam’s findings about the title in the video below:

  1. Really in to the MCU, both movies and TV-series, but most movie-based video games suck. Wouldn’t mind a good Avengers game, of course!

  2. I’m not even gonna lie that looks actually playable, and i hate movie based games, its something new and looks fun…

  3. Rogue Master XenoRidley X3

*hears first person & immediately loses interest* If I’m gonna play a superhero, I want to be able to actually see said superhero. What’s with all of the obsession for first person!? It was an awesome thing back in the day to be able to see through your character’s eyes but now it’s become more of a forced annoyance than an awesome optional feature.
