    1. Nope not that I know of. Nintendo is just constantly supporting both Splatoon and Super Mario Maker with consistent content and updates which explains both games’s dominance in Japan. For the Wii U to slay the mighty dragon known as the PS4 this week in Japan without any major releases says a lot about how Japanese gamers just want unique fun quality gaming experiences

  1. Oh yeah Wiiu beats the PS4 for the first time ever that’s amazing and 3ds still doing great, Nintendo is back for domination.
    Wiiu is selling better month after month that’s great even good start for the new NX console, we will huge success from Nintendo next platform.

    1. I think it’s the number of big titles that are just now being released. Splatoon, Mario Maker, Wooly World, Xenoblade, Star Fox(2016), Pokken(2016). Plus Legend of Zelda has been promised for 2016. This is the kind of lineup Nintendo should have had every year since the U was released.

  2. Jaded Ridley X3 {I'm not whining, you suckers... *cough* ..poor souls! I've just been driven insane by Nintendo failing me one too many times this gen!}

    Could Nintendo be on their way to pulling a PS3 & finally getting the Wii U console itself to sell better & end on a nice little high note by the end of it’s life cycle? Stay tuned to find out on the next Dragon Ball Z Kai! ….. Wait… Wrong entertainment product… xP Joking aside, I mean it. I hope it’s finally gonna pull itself out of the gutter. But like the many times this has happened before, I won’t hold my breathe. March, get here soon so Nintendo can give us the total worldwide lifetime Wii U sales up to that point!

  3. For me, DLC has been holding me back from buying some games. Like Splatoon. The game would probably feel pretty empty the way it is (without any of the DLC). And I’m highly against paying even MORE money on a game that already broke me just buying it in the first place.

    DLC causes games currently in stores to seem incomplete. I almost know that some day there will probably be a Complete Edition of Splatoon. I’m thinking I should just wait. However, when Zelda Wii U comes out, NOTHING can stop me from buying it ASAP!

        1. Every single update has been free. That’s one of the things that makes it such a good game. They keep adding content at no extra cost. By the way, I’m assuming your name does have to do with your twitter name.
