Small independent development studio Bplus say that they’re interested in bringing the successor to Puzzlebox Setup to the forthcoming Nintendo NX platform. The successor to the reasonably well received title is also heading to Steam. Interestingly, the creator behind the game Bernd Geiblinger says that the game is designed for the Nintendo NX which is strange as we have yet to hear whether anyone has a development kit. Geiblinger also teased that there’s another Bit Boy!! title which is destined for the Nintendo NX.
“Not possible, this game is made for NX but modified to be released on Steam earlier, because sadly I’m not able to wait til NX and need to release this game soon.”
Bplus intends for the NX version to make use of eight colors as opposed to Steam’s limit of four thanks to the controls, “which opens possibilities to completely different pictures and modes for NX version.”
“You will definitely see Kubi traveling back to the old Bit-Eras on NX. Stay tuned. Cannot talk about something specific before Nintendo announces the new platform.”
Thanks, Paidenthusiast

Someone on /v/ posted this:
“>Allows for double the colors
Its because the NX controller will have two scroll wheels (VS a single mouse’s one) that also act as trigger buttons.”
I actually agree with the assumption. It would be great if that old patent turned out to be NX-related.
Scroll wheels on a Console controller? *PC Nerd Boner throbs*
NX is sounding more tasty by the day
Agreed. I’d love for that specific piece of speculation to be true. It would become a standard feature in no time.
This is lame and can’t wait for more big game news
Believe it or not guys? I was friends with the developer on Facebook of all places and asked him if he had any plans to put Bit Boy on the Wii U? (At the time. It was Nintendo’s current console before the NX rumors started?) He said that he couldn’t due to not having enough money or time to test out the Wii U. Says that Bit Boy on the 3DS may be its last unless he gets more challenging and come up with a great idea for it. And now! He’ll be the first developer to make a game for the NX! Yes!!!!!
I’m proud of that guy and I’m glad I somehow made him make a new Bit Boy game for the NX. :)
I’ll be the first one to buy his game whenever the NX comes out in 2016 (or 2017 for the console version?) Peace!
Can’t wait to see what big games cone to the nx
E3 can’t come here fast enough!
My theory is that Nintendo is slowly lifting the NDA on devs and this could mean a Nintendo NX software line up announcement as well as some information about what the NX is, and all this might happen in Late February/Mid March.
A full hardware reveal might not happen until E3 2016
This indie dev seems to be estatic about developing for the NX. His game was made for the NX but has to be modified for PC? Wow. Now I’m more interested than ever before about what the NX will be. E3 or a special NX dedicated Direct can’t come soon enough, I can’t wait man, it’s getting too good
I think it’s going to be a Stage Show for the NX at E3
I’m ultra hyped to see what NX is all about this June. I bet a rupee that the crowd is gonna explode the roof off at The Microsoft Theater (formerly Nokia Theatre).
>>>I’m disgusted that it will be in anything Microsoft related, I hope that building burns and crumbles after we’re done>>>
