Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team will be available on the Wii U Virtual console via the EU eShop this week.
Blue Rescue Team will cost £8.99 and Red Rescue Team will cost £6.29, both will be available to purchase as of 11th February.

I never played the original and well, I’m just not a fan of the Mystery Dungeon series.

I used to constantly play the original games. Although, wasn’t the only major improvement in the DS version the fact that you could move diagonally? (Not sure, but that’s what I remember.)
I had Red Rescue team and I think I was able to move diagonally. I’d get that on the vc since it would look less awkward on the gamepad.
Probably one of the best PMD, after Explorers of Sky of course. I don’t know what they were trying to do with the newer installments, but they’re terrible and just don’t play the same.
