Apple Chief Tim Cook Visits Nintendo Headquarters In Japan

Apple’s chief executive officer Tim Cook has paid Nintendo’s headquarters in Tokyo a visit today to meet with Shigeru Miyamoto and Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima. He also joined in a lovely photo opportunity with Mr. Miyamoto and Mr. Tezuka where they are all busy enjoying and laughing at Tim Cook playing the forthcoming Super Mario Run on Apple’s iOS platforms.

“As for the prices of the packaged versions and download versions, we, at Nintendo, cherish the value of our software and believe that we should sell both versions at the same price because they have equal value (as software products) – Satoru Iwata

While The First Order’s retail games aren’t going anywhere NEAR Apple or Google’s stores, Nintendo’s stubbornness towards tradition is something I hope everyone gets a chance to experience.
