This week’s UK charts are now in and as Christmas approaches the charts are hotting up. It’s going to take a lot to dethrone Call of Duty Infinite Warfare from the top of the charts although both FIFA 17 and Battlefield 1 are certainly having a good go. There wasn’t any new releases on Nintendo platforms this week but Mario Kart 7 for the Nintendo 3DS continues to climb and has moved from 34 to number 30 this week. Here’s the best-sellers in the United Kingdom.
‘Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’ (-55%) remains at No1 for a second week.
‘Fifa 17’ (+0%) moves back up to No2 pushing ‘Battlefield 1’ (-39%) down to No3. It means the sole new entry in this weeks’ Top 10 is Bethesda’s ‘Dishonored 2’. The sequel is down 38% on the original ‘Dishonored’, which launched on 360, PS3 and PC in 2012. Its arrival pushes another Bethesda title ‘The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition’ (-54%) down to No5. Several titles are boosted by retailer promotions this week with ‘Forza Horizon 3’ (+60%) climbing four places to No6 and ‘Overwatch’ (+144%) jumping eleven places to No7. However it’s ‘Lego Dimensions’ (+556%) who is the chief beneficiary with a huge sales increase propelling it from No37 back into the Top 10 at No9. EA’s ‘Star Wars Battlefront’ (+30%) continues its week on week climb up two places to No10.
Two other titles make their debuts in the Top 40 this week. The first is ‘Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization’ at No33. Finally Ubisoft’s VR title ‘Eagle Flight’ for PS4 lands at No39.

Is there a reason this list isn’t mentioning what console these are or the number sold? I guess it’s trying to hide how abysmal Wii U is doing by not mentioning the console & numbers. And to make matters worse, the article is mentioning sales percentage instead of actual numbers! This is just sad…
