Yooka-Laylee Is Available To Pre-Order On Microsoft’s Website

Yooka-Laylee‘s release is still a while yet, and the game hasn’t become available for pre-order on Nintendo’s website as of this article’s writing, but Microsoft gamers can now pre-order the game. This is because the game’s store page has gone live on Microsoft’s website. If you pre-order the game, you also get instant access to the Yooka-Laylee Toybox demo. The game is $49.95 and has a release date listed. However, the date could be April 10th or October 4th, depending on if the date is in the European format or not. It’s also possible that the date is just a placeholder, so it’s hard to say. But one thing is certain. If you want to pre-order the game, fans can now do so.

      1. }{ I don’t recalll saying it was cheap… I said it was cheapER than I expected… That does not imply it is cheap… While i generally don’t like paying more than 15-20$ for a game, there are some instances, like this one, where I find it to be perfectly acceptable… }{

  1. *Looks in bottom left corner of the site*
    “English (Australia)”
    *Clicks on that and changes it to “English (United States)”*
    *Checks Yooka Laylee on English (United States) site*
    “Release date: 4/11/2017, 12:00:00 AM”

    Ya’ll need to do some research. According to this, the release date is April 11. You can probably get rid of the October 4 thing in your article now.

  2. The dates are all over the place. Australia typically uses the “European” date format, suggesting this would be April 10th. I switched to the UK website and it listed 11/04 which would be April 11th, but the Irish website says 04/11/17 which would be November 4th, so really there is no way to know because they all use the same date format and give three different dates. Given that two of them occur in April though I’m inclined to think 10th/11th of April is the date. IIRC a trailer several months ago said it would be releasing in Spring of 2017.
