Video: The Nintendo Switch Day One Update Is Out And Here’s A Look

The Nintendo Switch day one update is now available for those of you who have the console. It brings with it a number of new features including the vital eShop and well as the ability to add friends via friend codes or recently met players etc. You can check out a tour of the patch courtesy of the team over at GameXplain below.

Thanks to Egg for the tip!

    1. King Kalas X3 {Greatness Awaits at Sony PlayStation 4! Hopefully it will also await us at Nintendo Switch if Nintendo doesn't FUCK things up again!} says:

Yep. Some retard at Nintendo thought it was a good idea to bring them back. Let’s hope when we start paying for online that friend codes can be avoided & we can simply look up people’s usernames instead.

  1. I got very excited over this just for FAST RMX being $19.99.
Yet another reason to buy, as if the hype wasnt already strong enough!

  2. Hi all!

Got a few quick questions I was wondering if anyone had an answer to:

Is the SnipperClips demo up yet? ..and are there demo’s for any other eShop titles available?

Also, when playing a multiplayer game, can 2 or more user accounts be used simultaneously? …or is it Player 1 + Guest(s)?

I’d really appreciate any info RE: the above :)

  3. The interface!!! It’s so fast and smooth!!!! Finally! A console with a UI that isn’t trash!!!

  4. I like that you only pick your profile when you enter apps. I can’t stand how the other consoles only allow one person to be logged on at a time. It’s annoying having to log out and log back in to profiles.
