Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers for the Nintendo Switch is due to release worldwide on 26th May, 2017.

  1. I always wished the Street Fighter games had finishing moves. Mortal Kombat spoiled me. Well, back when I played fighting games, that is. Due to having no finishing moves, Street Fighter felt sort of empty. Like something was missing.

    1. Street Fighter II Was a fantastic fighting game. Unfortunately, it’s older than probably most of the people on this site and Capcom have been milking it since the 90’s. I don’t mean all the sequels. Those are at least attempts at new ideas. I mean they have literally been pushing one game from the franchise for decades. I admit, the leap to HD in 2008 was a good step. But then taking a game from 1991, which was up-rezed into a game from 2008, throwing some cheap gimmicks into it and trying to sell it as a full retail game in 2017 is pretty appalling.

    2. Ever since Super Street Fighter 2 the games have had “Super” finishing moves. They are now called Critical Art moves in SFV. They are like fatalities without the gore.
