While Splatoon 2 is launching alongside its own amiibo line, the original game’s figures will also be able to interact with the sequel. Revealed on Splatoon’s Japanese Twitter and translated by PushDustIn, the older amiibo will unlock special gear in the new game. This is great news for those diehard amiibo collectors, getting more use out of their old figures.
以前に発売されたスプラトゥーンシリーズのamiiboも、『スプラトゥーン2』に対応するそうだ。
新amiibo同様、コーディネートを記憶して、一緒に写真を撮ることができる。
