It’s E3 time and naturally representatives from Nintendo are flocking towards Los Angeles where the prestigious event is held. Instagram user TheEXPGrind has spotted the one and only Mr. Miyamoto loitering around the area and getting ready for the deluge of Nintendo news that’s going to be coming on Tuesday. No doubt he will be participating in interviews and also browsing the games on the show floor and giving his thumbs up.

I remember my first time seeing him in person. It was the morning before the E3 show floor opened up. I was going up the escalator to the second floor of the LA Convention Center where some of the meeting rooms are and he was going down. We passed right by each other and by the time it hit me that it was really him, it was too late for me to run back down to try to say hello.
Tragic. lol
It’s weird how important people like Miyamoto still show up at E3 even though Nintendo only shows short little 25-minute presentations, and doesn’t even have press conferences anymore.
There is more to the conference than reveals. People in the industry, all in one place has the potential for new business down the line.
