It looks as though the Wii U days are over at the Nintendo UK Store as the retailer has removed the Wii U from its ‘Build your own bundle’ section of the site. The only Wii U console left on the site is accessible via search and is the Mario Kart 8 Wii U Premium Pack, but no doubt once they’ve sold out of those the console will vanish entirely from the Nintendo UK Store.
I want to buy a Wii U.

Really sad to see the Wii U fail this hard.
Build your own bundle? Why don’t we have that in the States (or at least in South Florida)? That is a good idea in my opinion.
