Europe Will Get The Neon Green/Neon Pink Joy-Cons On 28th July

The Nintendo UK Twitter page has revealed that the Neon Green/Neon Pink Joy-Cons will be released in Europe on 28th July this year.

The bold choice of colours is perfectly timed to closely follow the Splatoon 2 release, a title well known for its colourful graphics. There will also be the Splatoon 2 Pro Controller available along with a Splatoon 2 Switch pouch.

I’ll get the green one next month if it’s still available if stock isn’t terrible.

    1. LOL. It’s so sad that we have to wonder when we’ll be able to get anything NS related even if the price isn’t the problem. I’m really close to talking myself into picking up a NS ebay.

Craaap! My comment to you got sent as a reply to the article… D:

        1. As crazy as it prob sounds I’m actually thinking about just upgrading my 3DS and wait until they’ve sorted out the stock issue. I’ll have enough left over to buy a Switch and in the meantime I can enjoy the remaining games coming to 3DS.

      2. What are the prices for a Switch on eBay?

In Finland, we don’t have Switch shortages. And it’s region free. Maybe I should be good samaritan and start selling them overseas for no profit. I don’t like scalpers but I want a Switch for everyone :3

      3. Well the thing is, the Switch is more expensive in Finland anyway, so it could be cheaper to go for eBay anyway :D The retail price in Finland is around €350 = $400 (VAT inc.), plus there would be shipping costs.

If there are tons of games on Switch you want to play already, might as well if you don’t want to wait. Having a backlog is fun but it’s also stressful. But if there is only 1 or 2 games, I’d personally suggest just waiting out the low stock & hope you get lucky to find a brand new one in a store or on a website for the base price of 300 bucks. (I wish I had waited since I only have Zelda…)
