If you are planning to purchase Sonic Forces on launch day then you will be pleased to know that the Day One edition of the game includes an added extra. You’ll be able to get a free avatar costume to dress your custom character up. The Sonic Forces Day One Edition includes 6 pieces of DLC which include various art cards. The news was discovered via a retailer listing. Here’s the SEGA characters you can dress up as:
- Jet Set Radio
- NiGHTS into Dreams
- Super Monkey Ball
- Puyo-Puyo Tetris
It’s like the Casino Night DLC for Generations, hopefully they’ll sell the extra costumes for $3 unlike what they did the Casino Night on the console versions of Generations
And here I was thinking I would get to see Sonic: The Last Airbender! Darn titles.

This is actually really awesome! I’m a big fan of both Super Monkey Ball and Jet Set Radio, and I’ve started getting into Puyo after its latest release on the Switch(fingers crossed for some cosmetics based on Sig or Amitie!).
I was already planning on getting the game at launch so I can’t wait to use this stuff on my character! Gotta give you props SEGA :D
