Nintendo’s updating spree continues with a brand new update for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which now sits at version 1.2.1. However, it is a very small update. In fact, it is so small that there is only one thing listed in the patch notes. According to Nintendo, they “corrected an issue that prolonged the time to return to the lobby after races near the start and end times of online tournaments.”
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Has Been Updated To Version 1.2.1

Still waiting on some DLC that makes buying Mario Kart 8-and-a-quarter 100% worth it.
I hope not, I’d rather them make a new Mario kart than milk 8. Besides it delete the purpose of it being “deluxe” unless the content is free.
I agree
No reason to make a MK9. They just need to add on to the existing game.
Instead of a DLC I prefer to see a MK9 in the future.
For now we have already this MK on the Switch.
Nah some DLC for this re-release would still be awesome and yes I am saying that as someone who has both the NS and WiiU version (with DLC), Nintendo must keep in mind that just porting and porting is not going to make the Switch the monster it can be. They are doing great things with Odyssey, Metroid Prime 4 and other new titles.
And even look at Pokken Tournament … it will feature some new elements. So why not do that for Mario Kart?
PTDX has as many new elements as MK8D IMO, NBD JS. LOL LMAOSHMSFOAIDMT HAHAHA LOLOLOLOL K BYE
