Customisable Controls Are Coming To ARMS

Good news for fans of ARMS as Nintendo has revealed today that you’ll soon be able to customise the controls. It will no doubt please people that they have a degree of control regarding the button mapping of the game, and it’s also great to see these new features added to the game just in time for Lola Pop.

    I’d question why this game didn’t have this from day 1 but considering the number of games that don’t have this as an actual option, I’ll give it a pass. Since I’m on the subject, certain games need to stop with the preset control options. I hate having to play a game where the button I have to use the most is the R button because either your main attack is attached to that button or the ability to run is attached to it. What happened to the days when you could push down on the control stick & switch between walking & running ala Turok? Or how about the control stick & how far you push it effects if you sneak, walk, speed walk, jog, run, & sprint? If it’s a problem with the control sticks used in controllers these days, there is such a thing as a menu option. Or better yet: just go back to the fucking control sticks of the gens that had the N64 & Gamecube! D:< *cuts rant short before I hit TL;DR for some people* lol
