Fans of Steamworld Dig will be pleased to know that the original will be gracing the Nintendo Switch eShop. Details are scarce, but it should be coming to the platform on February 1st. Pricing has yet to be announced but it is described as “cheap.”

You’re not crazy. I like 2 for the well crafted map and environments, but I like how the procedural generation and sparse access to the mine transport system in 1 has you designing your own map as you dig. Hopefully 3 will find a way to give us the best of both worlds.
