Japan: Famitsu Most Wanted Nintendo Games

Each week Japanese gaming magazine Weekly Famitsu asks its vast readership which titles that are most looking forward to on each platform. Naturally what the majority of you are interested in is the Nintendo titles. This week it is battle between Persona Q2 for the Nintendo 3DS and the behemoth which is Bayonetta 3. Here’s the top ten:

  1. Persona Q2 (3DS) – 283
  2. Bayonetta 3 (Switch) – 231
  3. OCTOPATH TRAVELER (Switch) – 223
  4. Shin Megami Tensei V (Switch) – 211
  5. Fire Emblem (Switch) – 162
  6. Dragon Quest XI: Sugisarishi Toki o Motomete (Switch) – 148
  7. Dragon Quest Builders 2 (Switch) – 122
  8. Meitantei Pikachu: Shin Combi Tanjou (3DS) – 111
  9. Mario Tennis Ace (Switch) – 109
  10. Subarashiki Kono Sekai -Final Remix- (Switch) – below 101

    1. Yes it is but Shin Megami Tensei V appears to be just as good (judging from the teaser trailer) and is exclusive to Nintendo

    No Metroid Prime 4
    No Pokemon
    No Smash

    In the case of the latter 3 I listed, maybe they will join the list when Nintendo releases actual footage of these games.
