Footage has started to appear online of the Nintendo Switch version of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa Of DANA. The game, which is being published by NIS America, currently runs at 30fps on the Nintendo Switch. Ys VIII: Lacrimosa Of DANA is out this summer on the platform and should provide Switch owners with hours of engrossing entertainment.

Doesn’t look like this version will have 60 FPS. In that case, I’ll probably pass and stick to the PS4 version.
It’s a buy for me. Having my modern RPGs tethered to a TV is something I can’t really do anymore. I already spend a lot of “couch time” grinding the classics out in front of a tube.
