The fanmade mods for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild continue with two iconic Nintendo characters. A group of modders have managed to put Mario and Bowser in the popular action-adventure game, as shown in the video below. While Mario steps in the shoes of Link, his archnemesis overtakes the body of a large Hinox. Another recent Zelda mod added Cloud Strife from the Final Fantasy series.
Dig it. Nintendo should do one more good content DLC and add a little more various life throughout, often times i just feel like Link is traversing through some majorly annoying empty world…
It baffles me when anyone can say BotW feels empty. There are so many various things to do in BotW, and hidden goodies all over the place. Absolutely baffling. Yes there are big open fields, but that’s to give the world a more natural feel. To be more immersive. And it succeeded. Then again, you’re always hating on these posts, so meh :/ I don’t even know why I bother responding. This site is filled with so many trolls.
LMAO!
“absolutely baffling”
too ez.
seriously though, let me semi clarify here. I should have said people I guess.
For all the enemies you find in BotW, I sadly can’t help but agree with skeletons that the world does still feel empty in spite of that. It’s always the same exact NPCs being attacked by the same exact monsters with you getting roughly the same exact rewards for saving them to the point I wanted to give up on saving them sometimes because it was gonna be nothing new. And it’s not relegated to monsters & NPCs, either. In spite of 900 Korok Seeds to find, 120 Shrines to find, & over 70 side quests from NPCs, the game still feels lacking in things to do aside from the memories with Zelda, the 4 Divine Beasts (5 if you got the second DLC pack), & Hyrule Castle. It’s basically a better version of Twilight Princess if I’m being honest: not a bad game but not a great game, either.
I totally see how people can feel that way. I personally liked BotW’s appeal and at many parts it really felt intentional. I personally can’t understand how anyone could be shocked that people feel that way. I mean either you like it or you don’t and obviously most people do like it or can live with it, but it’s not like the environment would be so densly stuffed with objects, enemies, characters and things to do. everything’s just pretty stretched and thanks to BotW’s focus on making moving around feel so cool, that’s perfectly fine. But pointing out that you happen to really often run through pretty empty environments should totally be allowed.
people agreeing with me? How Absolutely Baffling!!
