Ubisoft re-revealed the promising Starlink: Battle for Atlas which is coming to all platforms. However, the surprise was that Fox McCloud from the incredible Star Fox series will feature in the Nintendo Switch version of the game. Here’s all the details for the Starter Pack which was announced by Ubisoft on their official site:
In Starlink: Battle for Atlas, you are part of a group of heroic interstellar pilots, dedicated to free the Atlas Star System from Grax and the Forgotten Legion.
Build your own modular starship model, mount it to your controller, and take part in epic space combat. Swap the parts on your model and your in-game starship changes in real time.

I imagine any and all DLC will come in the form of more figures to buy, a la Skylanders/Disney Infinity/etc. Heck, all ships and stuff are already like DLC. Just physical.

The speed at which I went to not caring, to absolutely invested was startling. They targeted my weak spot: useless collectible Nintendo plastic.
Exactly. This was a brilliant move on their part.
Me before watching the trailer: “I seriously don’t care why am I even watching this”
Me after watching the trailer: “MUST… HAVE… FOX!”
I’ve done some research on the game since, and there is a number of things they are doing that I’m intrigued by. Maybe this won’t be just for the figures after all.
I’m hoping for another starfox adventure game but i will be excited if Nintendo reveals it too soon.
