Each week we publish the Japanese sales charts courtesy of the team at Media Create. This week saw the release of Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan. The PlayStation 4 version was the best-selling and ended up at the top of the charts. The Nintendo Switch version entered at number five. The best-selling hardware this week was the Nintendo Switch, which, once again, easily managed to outsell Sony’s PlayStation 4.

Japan’s just gobbling up anything switch at this point
Huh, really surprising to see the PS4 Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 is at the top, but the Switch Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 has 10k less and is #5, but Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 on the Switch is #18 while the PS4 one does not even show. Something is really fishy here.
PS4 Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 – physical with 1-2 disc I dont’t remember
Switch Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 – X1 physical and X2 digital code.
Japanese people love physical more than digital at this point so is very normal and because Crapcom didn’t bother to use a 12GB card for the two games.
I just bought the Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 for the PS4 yesterday, thanks to the Switch and it’s half digital nonsense. What’s up with Switch ports getting the screw job?
lets go X box one X!!!
