Super Crown Doesn’t Transform Any Character Other Than Toadette In New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe

In New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, Toadette can turn into Peachette by getting a Super Crown. However, if any other playable character gets a hold of the in-game item, they won’t transform into anything – they’ll just be rewarded with points instead. This means no Peachario, no Peachigi, no Peachoad and most definitely no Bowsette. New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe will be released for Nintendo Switch on January 11.

  1. And so the meme ends.

But seriously, this was just a cheap attempt to have Peach as both a plot device and someone resembling SMB2 Peach as a playable character.

    Sad.

What’s next, a garlic to transform into Wario-ette or Warioad?

      1. But what about a power-up that turns NSMB characters into an excuse to make Wario playable, without actually making him playable.

    1. DOn’t worry the Nintendo fanbase is fill with inbreeding and Autism, it’s only a matter of for another Derpy Derp, 🤪

  3. Yeah; I figured the Super Crown was exclusive to Toadette; now the only way to see a combination of Peach and Bowser is if Nintendo decides to use the concept of Bowser having a Bonneter companion to capture Peach from the Art of Mario Odyssey.
