Daemon X Machina Will Be Improved Based On Your Feedback From The Demo

After playing the Prototype Missions demo for Daemon X Machina, a number of players were selected to take an online survey where they had a chance to provide relevant feedback to director Kenichiro Tsukuda and the development team. With the full game’s launch creeping closer, Tsukuda has shared the following message to fans who tried out the demo:

“A big ‘thank you’ to those who played the Prototype Missions demo. We’re checking all your feedback, and looking at what we can adjust to bring you an even better game. Please look forward to the release of the full version!”

  1. Good.
If they make guns less boring, add gyro, maybe a dodge button, and fix the frame rate, then it’s a definite buy from me.
Also, there’s too much text sometimes. I appreciate the voice acting, but still…

  3. I liked what I played and didn’t really have any issue with the speed like some people did. Good to know they’ll be tweaking right up to the last moment.

  4. Thanks! Gyro would be nice (it’s a bit hard to aim) and maybe more character customization options? Also I had a few issues with speed, but it overall wasn’t bad! Can’t wait to see the finished product!

  5. I didn’t notice a speed issue, the default parts are good for introducing people to the game. I quickly looted some leg parts which were exponentially faster than the default, and I imagine I’d get even faster from loot past the final level of the demo. I’d be worried about the mechs getting too fast in late game that it becomes impossible for non hardcore players if they scaled the speed up.

  6. I told them about some pretty significant drops in framerate and some problems seeing enemies in the distance.
Other than that, the game looks and plays great.
