Nintendo DREAM: Top Ten Most Wanted Nintendo Games

Monthly Japanese Nintendo magazine Nintendo DREAM has published its readers most wanted video games for Nintendo platforms. The voting ended before the recent Direct, but it is Pokemon Sword & Shield that’s settled into first place followed by Animal Crossing which are both heading to the Nintendo Switch system. Here’s this month’s top ten most wanted Nintendo titles:

  1. Pokémon Sword/Shield (Switch) – 25.9%
  2. Doubutsu no Mori (Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch) – 23.8%
  3. Super Mario Maker 2 (Switch) – 18.8%
  4. Fire Emblem: Fuuka Setsugetsu (Switch) – 17.7%
  5. Zelda no Densetsu: Yume o Miru Shima (Switch) – 14.9%
  6. Rune Factory 5 (Switch) – 9.9%
  7. Rune Factory 4 Special (Switch) – 8.5%
  8. Dragon Quest XI: Sugisarishi Toki o Motomete S (Switch) – 8.3%
  9. Yoshi Craft World (Switch) – 7.1%
  10. Yokai Watch 4 (Switch) – 5.7%
  11. Bayonetta 3 (Switch) – 5.3%
  12. Luigi Mansion 3 (Switch) – 4.6%
  13. Bokujou Monogatari Series New Work (Switch) – 3.5%
  14. Mario Kart Tour (iOS/Android) – 3.3%
  15. Starlink: Battle for Atlas (Switch) – 3.2%

  1. Not even a second thought for me. I’m sick of waiting for Luigi’s Mansion games (I have to do it so often!) and I want Luigi’s Mansion 3 NOW.

    1. This poll was done in Japan. Metroid was never a big hit over there. Now if the poll was done in the west i’m sure MP4 would be top 3(of not no.1)

  2. Well, for me, I’d say that first comes Rune Factory 5, then 4. After that is Mario Maker 2, Zelda Link’s Awakening, Animal Crossing and finally Dragon Quest. And that’s not counting any indie games I’m looking for.
