Animal Crossing New Horizons Most Talked About Nintendo Game At E3 2019

This E3 saw Nintendo showcase some excellent video games for this year and beyond. The title which gathered the most discussion on Twitter was the 2020 game, Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the Nintendo Switch. Data firm Fizziology tracked the most discussed games from Nintendo and Animal Crossing: New Horizons beat both The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild sequel and Banjo-Kazooie in Super Smash Bros Ultimate with regards to discussions. Roll on 2020!

    Haha, the amount of times companies put Chrom in to represent an unrelated Fire Emblem game is always a hoot.

    Other than that, kind of sad Luigi’s Mansion 3 wasn’t talked about more. :/ It looked like the best game on the show floor. I mean, I like Zelda a lot too, but there wasn’t even gameplay. CHILL.

  2. I wish fans would start driving Nintendo crazy about Pikmin 4. So that it would get through their heads to HURRY UP WITH IT! That’s the last of my most hoped for games (but haven’t heard a word about). Though a new Mario Baseball and Mario Golf for Switch would also be a wonderful thing to hear about. That’s the only two sports games that I love.

    1. Seconded, but in my case it’s F-Zero- more time has gone by between F-Zero games than Pikmin games. Give Mario and Zelda a break and show some love to some franchises with smaller followings, dammit!
