Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fuelled is now available on all three consoles, although reviews only appeared this morning. For those interested the game is 30fps on all three systems, even the Xbox One X and the PlayStation 4 Pro. However, but they do get a bump in resolution. The average review score on Metacritic is currently 85, so it is certainly no Mario Kart 8 Deluxe killer. Here’s a sampling of reviews:

Played a bit of it earlier and it was great fun as I remember and looks gorgeous! My one gripe is the load times (at least on the Switch Version) seem to be too long. I wonder if there is any way they can shave a bit of time off of that.

Got my copy yesterday and it is a fun game although I can clearly feel the unfavorable difference to Mario Kart. The controls just aren’t as solid buy all the options, diddy long racing style adventure mode and graphics are all great. It looks sharper than the crash n sane trilogy does. Load times are a disappointment that hopefully gets fixed in a patch. Very good overall.
