Fans of the Super Monkey Ball franchise were pleased to hear it is returning on the Nintendo Switch with a remaster of Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz. While it might not be a fan favourite, it’s clearly great to see the series back on consoles. Today, we’ve found out that Sonic the Hedgehog will be a playable character in the game. The news comes from the game’s leaked achievement list. One of the trophies is titled Way past Cool and it tasks players with completing a stage using the one and only, Sonic. Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD will be released on Nintendo Switch, 29th October.
