The latest edition of Famitsu magazine has arrived with subscribers and the stand out game this week is the mixed reviewed Death Stranding for the PlayStation 4. Famitsu has awarded the game a perfect 10/10 score which will surely please Kojima. The magazine also has reviews for the colourful 3D platformer, A Hat in Time and also the dark action title, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Here is the full list of scores:
- A Hat in Time (Switch) – 8/9/7/9 [32/40]
- Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night (PS4, Switch) – 8/9/9/8 [34/40]
- Death Stranding (PS4) – 10/10/10/10 [40/40]
- My Time at Portia (Switch) – 7/8/7/7 [29/40]
- Strange Telephone (Switch) – 6/8/8/8 [30/40]
- Vasara Collection (PS4) – 7/8/8/8 [31/40]
I really wanna play bloodstained, but still waiting on the supposed switch patch to improve the performance
The first one of two is already out, and the input delay is gone .
Surprised at 40/40 for Death Stranding, considering US reviews. Famistu biased toward Kojima? Seems so.
mostly because the sakurai/kojima romance…
in other words, they don’t want to break sakurai’s ego by giving a bad score to a kojima game…

40 for Death Stranding? I haven’t seen many stating the game is flawless and perfect :/
A Hat in Time is a great Danish gem of a game! It’s great af.
It’s good, but definitely not great.
I enjoyed it big time, but I kind of don’t like Hat Girl or whatever she was called.
