Really disappointed in this game, thought it was a bang average platformer with a couple of interesting ideas. This one had good reviews and people were generally a bit down on the original Yooka-Laylee but I felt the opposite.
That’s an interesting take. I didn’t get on with the first game, but I don’t think I’ve given it enough time tbh!
It’s pretty good. It’s just about like Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze. That said, I feel like they should have put up a demo earlier instead of waiting 3 months, considering how mixed opinions were of Yooka and Laylee’s debut game.
