The Outer Worlds: Peril on Gorgon DLC announced and coming to Switch at a later date

The developers at Obsidian showcased their first expansion for the engrossing RPG The Outer Worlds during the Xbox showcase. The wacky expansion, which is titled Peril on Gorgon, will come to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on 9th September, but it won’t be arriving on the Switch on that date. IGN is reporting that the DLC for Switch will come at a later date than the platforms mentioned. The Outer Worlds: Peril on Gorgon DLC will be the first of two planned expansions for the game.

The DLC will take players on a “noir-tinged” adventure to the Gorgon Asteroid, investigating the origins of Adrena-Time. You’ll have to have reached Monarch in the base game to access the DLC.

Alongside the new story content, the DLC will add new weapons, armour, perks and flaws to the game. The DLC will come in at $14.99 (no other regional pricing available at time of writing)

    1. Nintendo knows how to get the most out of a underpowered console to what is impossible on paper. So why 2ont these 3rd party devlopers go to Nintendo to know how to do that?

Devloeprs are sort of stupid. If I were a devloper I would had went to Nintendo to show me how they can bring out visuals like Mario Galaxy franchise in a console barely more powerful than the Gamecube. Or how Breathe of the Wild visuals held in Wii U barely more powerful than the Xbox 360 and PS3.
