Capcom says it’s “working on many projects” in the Resident Evil franchise

Capcom has confirmed today that their development teams are working on a number of new Resident Evil projects. It is thought that one of these is a new Resident Evil game for the Nintendo Switch platform, and the other is the already announced Resident Evil Village, which is coming to other gaming systems next year. The news was announced as Capcom said it was launch a new site dedicated to the Resident Evil series called the Resident Evil Portal which is set to open early 2021.

“We are working on many projects to make the site to bring you more of what Resident Evil has to offer. Stay tuned!”

“From the beginning of 2021, the Resident Evil Portal will open its digital gates to the world!

This new site will be the go-to source for the latest info on the Resident Evil series; it’s a place for players to share their stats with others around the world, an overflowing item box of content for series veterans and rookies.

The new Resident Evil Portal site will be the place to be for those thirsty for more Resident Evil fun!

All content that was available on the official Biohazard series sites, Biohazard Club 96, Resident Evil Ambassador Program, ResidentEvil.net, and Resident Evil Portal, will now be consolidated on the new Resident Evil Portal site.

Make sure you’re locked and loaded, and stocked up on green herbs, because a new Resident Evil experience awaits on the Resident Evil Portal site!”

    1. Yeah I totally agree. Resident Evil 4 Wii edition was definitely the best version. I must’ve beaten the game at least a hundred times!

  1. Resident Evil Mercenaries with more characters, levels, weapons, graphics to match. Controls like 5 or 6, don’t really matter.
