The NPD charts became available earlier this week for the month of April. The NPD Group track video game software and hardware sales throughout the United States. Nintendo and The Pokemon Company’s New Pokemon Snap performed well, entering the software charts at No.3 and was only beaten by MLB: The Show 21 and Call of Duty: Black Ops: Cold War. The Nintendo Switch was once again the best-selling hardware in both units and revenue. Here’s the top ten all-format charts for April 2020 as well as the top ten best-selling Nintendo games for that month.

So since the producers of Pokemon Snap sees that it is selling, why would they continue to wait nearly 30 years to make another one and not make the game right away?
