The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is almost here. This Friday, the game will be finally releasing on the Nintendo Switch. The game doesn’t have any new modes, something that Nintendo likes to do to the ports of their Wii U games, but quality-of-life improvements have been done in this version of the game. And Nintendo has provided another example of that earlier today.
Nintendo has announced that “some changes have been made to the opening hours of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD to make for a smoother play experience, and to get you on your grand adventure to the surface world sooner”. You can see Nintendo of America’s tweet confirming the news down below.
This game is too difficult. I’ll just watch someone on youtube play it.
I never fully completed this game, truth be told, I don’t remember much. However – what stuck with me was how long it took for this game to warm up. Glad to hear they addressed this
I always liked the sleepy opening- it gave more of a shock when we finally hit the land but whatever I’m also one of the weirdos who loved Skyward Sword and beat it within 3 weeks of getting it. :)
You too? I thought I was the only one.
You certainly arent a weirdo. The people who dislike SS are literally a very big and very LOUD vocal MINORITY.
Interesting to see them reacting to popular criticisms. If Fi’s interventions have become optional then this is likely to rocket into my top 4 Zeldas
