Syluxhunter2, who leaks various gaming related announcement on Twitter, is claiming that Platinum Game’s long-awaited Bayonetta 3 will be released on the Nintendo Switch family of systems on Friday, 28th October 2022. The leaker previously stated that we are getting a Mini Direct this month and that the Persona games and Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope would feature. Of course this all materialised yesterday during the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase plus he has also leaked other gaming related information which has come true. We shall have to wait for the next proper Nintendo Direct to see if Syluxhunter2’s rumour is correct. Bayonetta 3 is scheduled to be released sometime this year.

If it was coming in October it would have been featured in the Direct this week in my opinion, plus that would put the release date very close to Mario & Rabbids…..

Nintendo is going to want to present Bayonetta 3 as first party game.
They might well do seeing as how much hype there is surrounding Bayonetta 3, however Platinum are still a 3rd party developer.
Well, I think Nintendo is doing 100% of the funding, so might as well be first party game.
