The latest UK physical video games charts have come through from sales tracking firm GfK and there’s a return to the top spot for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. The latest LEGO game recently had a price cut and was heavily featured during Amazon’s annual Prime Day. Nintendo has four first party games in the charts this week; Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (No.3), Nintendo Switch Sports (No.4) Animal Crossing: New Horizons (No.8) and Pokemon Legends: Arceus (No.9). Here’s the best-selling software for 18th July, 2022.

Anyone know if Minecraft purchased as physical has an option of switching between Java and Bedrock edition? I purchased Minecraft as both physical and digital, unfortunately only digital gives an option of switching between Java and Bedrock edition. The physical copy originally had an option on the games main menu, not sure if an update removed the option all together or maybe moved the option to another menu.
I know originally you could play Minecraft offline without a constant Internet connection, but now unless it’s setup properly in the settings it won’t let you play entirely offline. Just assuming switching between Java and Bedrock is most likely something similar. As for now my physical copy won’t let me switch between Java and Bedrock edition.
UK has been Nintendo land for the last four to five years. Those Nintendo games in The top 10 don’t count vis-à-vis factor in digital. So the whole planet is practically run by Nintendo in terms of games, plus quality 🎥😎 🎮 as should be. When the leader is heavenly; they rest have to up their anti; looking at you Sony, then the child Xbox and Microsoft.
