Nintendo has been spending most of this year releasing new profile pictures, backgrounds, and borders that Nintendo Switch Online members can get using gold coins that they can earn. These rewards are usually themed around various games, such as Animal Crossing New Horizons, Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Strikers: Battle League and The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild.
Well, that trend is continuing today. Nintendo has announced that Nintendo Switch Online members can now redeem their My Nintendo platinum points to obtain some icons for Xenoblade Chronicles 3. The icon elements will be refreshed each week until the icons are gone on September 1st. The announcement tweet is down below.
