The release of the long-awaited Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope is just around the corner as the game launches this Thursday on the Nintendo Switch family of systems. Some fans have managed to get their hands on the game a few days early and one of these is YouTube channel ElAnalistaDeBits, which has produced a visual comparison footage between Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope in docked mode vs handheld. The game when played when the Switch is docked is generally around 900p and when played in handheld its generally 612p. Still the game does look lovely visually as can be seen in the video here.

    1. This is not Nintendo’s fault. Ubisoft for two decades have been notorious for showing a great presentation of a game, then releasing a downgrade. From assassin’s creed, to Farcry. It’s there calling card.

      F=ma.

  1. I can care less about visuals. I’m just glad I only need $60 for this game rather than $400. So what if the Switch is maxed out. I can play this sequel less than 6 years from the first one something I can’t say on Nintendo software.
