Cloud Versions of older Resident Evil games coming to Switch next month

Capcom announced earlier this week that the Cloud Versions of a number of classic Resident Evil games will be coming to the Nintendo Switch along with additional downloadable content. Fans of the survival horror franchise will be able to play the Cloud Versions of Resident Evil Village (28th October) Resident Evil 2 Remake (available 11th November), Resident Evil 3 Remake (18th November) and Resident Evil 7 (16th December) Each game will be full price via the Nintendo eShop and are only playable with a steady, and preferably fast, internet connection.

  1. Any “cloud” game is dead to me and essentially does not exist.

    There are games far more graphically-demanding than these old RE games that don’t require “cloud”. Capcom is being lazy.
