Nintendo and Illumination’s, Super Mario Bros. Movie, has been a huge success worldwide and signs point towards the movie’s popularity not slowing down. Data provided by the National Chamber of the Film Industry reveal that the beautifully animated film has generated $1,391 million pesos since its premiere. This ultimately means that the Super Mario Bros. Movie has surpassed Disney Pixar’s, Toy Story 4, and is already the third highest grossing film in the history of the country.
