While fans wait for The Witcher Season 3, it has now been confirmed that a fifth season of the fantasy series has been approved and will be on its way in the future. The Witcher Season 3 will be available to stream on Netflix on 29th June and will be split into two parts similar to Stranger Things Season 4. Then the Witcher Season 4 will see The Hunger Games, Liam Hemsworth, take the role of Geralt of Rivia as Henry Cavill has left the franchise. Here’s what The Witcher casting director Sophie Holland had to say to Deadline.
DEADLINE: So season four is about to get underway, right?
SH: We’re just about to start filming on season four with Liam Hemsworth and there will be a short gap then we go straight into season five.
Instead of giving this shit show a 5th season, give The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance a second season instead. I hope S4 flops horribly like Cowboy Bebop. Let’s see how more stupid can Netflix get.
