Nintendo and Illumination have confirmed that they have been hard at work together on the Super Mario Bros. Movie 2. The news was announced today on MAR10 Day by legendary developer Shigeru Miyamoto. While not much was shared by the two companies, Miyamoto said that they are set to release the follow up to the incredibly successful Super Mario Bros. Movie on 3rd April 2026. Hopefully Nintendo and illumination will have a snazzy trailer to wow us all in the near future.
