SEGA is set to unleash the long-awaited Shadow movie-themed downloadable content for Sonic x Shadow Generations on multiple platforms. Today, the company revealed a little more about what to expect when the DLC launches on Thursday. The Tokyo Mission stage will contain two acts and challenges and will possibly contain a boss fight. The voice for the movie version of Shadow will only be available in English and also you can only use the movie version of Shadow in the DLC, meaning that you can’t play as him in the base Sonic x Shadow Generations game. In the DLC for this game, “Sonic x Shadow Tokyo Mission Pack” (hereinafter “Movie DLC”), a different version of Shadow (hereinafter “Movie version Shadow”) will appear.
Please be aware of the following points.
- The voice for the movie version of Shadow is only available in English.
*Even if the audio language is set to something other than “English,” it will be played in English. - The “Movie version of Shadow” will only appear in the Acts and Challenge Acts added in the “Movie DLC.”
*The Acts, Challenges, and White Spaces in the main story cannot be played with the “Movie version of Shadow.” Also, please note that the stages added in the movie DLC will not be compatible with online mode rankings.
