Nintendo UK has uploaded the introduction movie for their upcoming 2D platforming remaster Donkey Kong Country Returns HD. The intro has been redone with a fresh lick of paint and looks lovely, though those looking for some more gameplay footage will be left feeling a little disappointed. Anyway, be sure to watch the opening movie for the excellent adventure down below. Donkey Kong Country Returns HD launches on Nintendo Switch on 16th January.

I doubt this was redone. It seems like the original but not downgraded for the Wii or 3DS? Correct me if I’m wrong.
