I truly love Sonic so much but I do love their new office inside. I can see Beat on the mural.
Can you imagine how much money they would save if they just had a plain office instead of giant screens and statues and murals everywhere?
Sega instead of wasting money on this buy Nippon Ichi Software to be under Atlus and buy Platinum Games
Bridging finance in the UK refers to short-term lending solutions designed to help individuals or businesses cover immediate funding gaps, particularly in property transactions. These loans are commonly used when purchasing a new property before selling an existing one, funding renovations, or securing time-sensitive investment opportunities. UK bridging finance is known for its fast approval process and flexible terms, often arranged within days rather than weeks, but it typically comes with higher interest rates due to the short-term nature and associated risk. Lenders assess factors such as property value, exit strategy, and borrower profile to determine eligibility, making it a practical option when traditional mortgages or bank loans may be too slow or restrictive https://bridgingfinance4u.co.uk/.
