The Nintendo Switch 2 is a great little machine but it is noticeably missing a number of high profile apps such as YouTube and Netflix etc. However, Team Youtube has confirmed on X that they are working on providing a YouTube app for the Nintendo Switch 2. A release window wasn’t mentioned, but hopefully it arrives soon.

Good I’m going to japan in Nov, and when I travel I plan on using YouTube on my switch 2 for binge watching.
@felix – don’t waste all your time on youtube, Japan is a beautiful country, enjoy yourself, the Internet is always secondary.

That’s awesome. I’m planning on using my Switch 2 while going on YouTube while going on my trip to universal studios for the Super Nintendo World.
This seems to go against Nintendo philisophy of Switch being only a gaming device
